1). Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at consumers who access this website from the United Kingdom. "The Cookie Stop" makes no representation that any product referred to in the materials on this Web site is appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Any contract between you and "The Cookie Stop", whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties, (you and "The Cookie Stop") submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

How We Use Your Information
When you give us information, it may be used for a number of different purposes which are listed below.

(i) Administration of the site: Some of the basic information you give us is necessary for us to operate our service for you, such as knowing your full name to ensure any orders you place on the site are delivered correctly.
(ii) To enable customer services: We ask for your contact details, such as your email, to enable us to resolve any queries you may have about using the site and for us to notify you about your order.
(iii) Sharing data: We do not pass on your personal details for marketing purposes to any third parties.


Event Bookings

1). All Event Bookings are subject to availability.
2). When completing the online request form please be aware that your reservation has not yet been completed. A member of our team will contact you to confirm availability and to process your reservation.
3). No application will be accepted unless filled out completely and accompanied by the full deposit.
4). If we are unable to accept your application, your deposit will be refunded.

1). Only goods described on the booking form can be exhibited or sold from your stand. In the case of multiple products the organisers reserve the right to have certain products removed from your display.
2). Space cannot be sub-let.
3). If the craft or goods are not to the standard described on the booking form and/or photographs, the organisers reserve the right to cancel all future bookings.
4). No Counterfeit or Stolen goods, must be displayed.
5). In case of multiple crafts, ranges must be listed in majority order (your main product range first).
6). All licenses including food hygiene and health and safety must be current, and be available for viewing.

1). All event deposits will be retained and are non-refundable. All payments made for event(s) bookings are non-refundable at all times.
2). In case of non payment you will be invoiced for the full amount.
3). We reserve the right to cancel all your future bookings with us immediately if you are in breach of these conditions or it appears to us that you are bringing our Craft/Gift & fine food fairs into disrepute or your display falls short of the expected standard.
4). In the event of such cancellations we will retain any deposits/funds paid by you.
5). All cancellations need to be made in writing

Open and Closing Times
1). Your display must be fully set up, manned and all vehicles removed by the stated time.
2). Your display can only be dismantled after closing time.

Display Area
1) Your display area must be kept neat and tidy at all times.
2). Table coverings must reach the floor on three sides and be non-inflammable.
3). No nailing or fixing to the floor or walls of the building/marquee is allowed.
4). After dismantling your display, make sure that your area is clean. No Rubbish Please.
5). The space booked must include your own access. (2 feet minimum).

1). If you state on the Booking Form that you are able to demonstrate, the organisers expect you to do so, and reserve the right to cancel all further bookings if you fail to demonstrate.

1). All Exhibitors must carry a suitable fire extinguisher.
2). We require all equipment used at our events to have a current safety certificate issued by a NICEIC or ECA electrical contractor.
3). A standard single phase electricity supply is provided at additional cost for general lighting purposes only.
4).Kettles and heating elements are prohibited. Other necessary appliances must be notified at time of booking along with supply requirements.
5). Maximum standard supply is 300W. For supply of over 300W there will an additional charge.

1). The organisers, their employees, agents or assignees cannot and will not be held responsible for the safety of persons, stock or money possessions while travelling to or from or during the event.
2). The Cookie Stop Events require all Exhibitors to indemnify them against all claims for personal injury and damage to property caused by their (the Exhibitors) negligence. All Exhibitors are advised to hold Public Liability and if required Product insurance for this purpose.


Online Cookie Ordering

1). We only accept orders from the UK.
2). We use PayPal as our secure payment gateway. You do not require to have a PayPal account to order from "The Cookie Stop".
3). Once an order has been placed we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provide on your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
4). All orders for products and services are subject to availability.
5). All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
6). Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
7). Whilst every effort is upheld to ensure all order alterations are carried through, "The Cookie Stop" can not guarantee alterations are received before the order is processed and dispatched.
8). We use standard UK postage for delivery of all goods. Please allow 5 working days for delivery of your order.

Price Information
1). "The Cookie Stop" has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All prices include VAT where appropriate.
2). Please note that all pricing is subject to change without prior notice being given.

Credit Card Misuse
1). The majority of card issuers either cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, or may limit your liability to £50.
2). "The Cookie Stop" will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and credit card information secure but unless we have been negligent, we will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when ordering products or services from "The Cookie Stop".
